The History Mother Theresa’s Italian Soups and Catering

Mother Theresa’s Italian Soups and Catering was established because of the legacy of my Mother. She loved life and loved to help others. She was a strong and kind-spirited woman that everyone adored. She was my inspiration and motivation I always wanted to be the best I could be for her and make her proud of me. 

My passion is cooking and with my dishes, you can actually taste the love I put into every homemade meal. My generous portions passed down from my Gammy (My Mothers Mother) who always made sure our stomachs were full. And we were She would say and you Mangia! I am proud to dedicate my catering business to my mother who passed away on Feb 16, 2020, she fought a long battle of cancer. 

“Here’s to you Mommy” I finally did it!!!
